Last night, I was a mess, swirling (lost) in an ugly fury that robbed me of sweet peace, not to mention rest. This morning, I realize how wrong I was. (Stop, self. It doesn’t matter how wrong anyone else was.)
But during my reading time today, I discovered there is hope: Christ in me.
…God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
Colossians 2:27, NKJV
The mystery = Christ in me = Hope.
This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast…
Hebrews 6:19 a, NKJV
It’s amazing how when I drag my furious gaze away from those I accuse, deal with my own junk, and then turn back to the others, (Poof!) they are beautiful again.
Oh my God, with the magic wand, I thank You.
Give unto the Lord the glory due to His name; Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
Psalm 29:2, NKJV
