Leavin’ on a Jet Plane

All my bags are packed; I’m ready to go.  And yes, I am leavin’ on a jet plane.  But before I go, and still warm and dreamy from a wedding under massive oaks, I’m thankful for too many things to list, among them:

*summer weddings

*lovely people

*west Texas

*Perini Ranch

*delicious food

*swing music

*paper lanterns

*yellow everywhere

*all things vintage

*the opportunity to be a mother

*a priceless husband

*a not perfect but GOOD life

(#596 – #609 on the 1000 Gift List)

Now to our God and Father be glory forever and ever.  Amen.

    Great list!

I, too, am leaving on a jet plane. I can relate to time well spent amongst those you love dearly. And then it’s good to go home too.

    Thanks for sharing.
